Dialogue Edit
As the most important part of any film’s soundtrack, our editors will focus in on every syllable of the dialogue to improve the audience’s listening experience. Using AI features in iZotope RX along with other specialised noise-reduction software, we will clean up background noise and enhance the clarity of dialogue for features, documentaries, short films, voice-overs, and other voice-based audio.
Sound Design
With a range of synthesisers, samplers, plugins, and a recording studio at the ready, our sound designers create unique sounds and powerful soundscapes. Paying close attention to the storytelling and style of every film, and with regular communication between the filmmakers and the sound designer, we will generate, manipulate, and combine sounds to enhance the sonic narrative of each project.
Sound Effects and Atmospheres
Whether a barren, windswept desert, or a lush green rainforest, we bring the backdrop of every film to life with immersive atmospheres and ambiences. With multiple layers of original recordings providing a lifelike sonic foundation, we fill in any gaps in the soundscape with sound effects sourced from our own recordings and a diverse range of sound libraries.
Foley Edit
After recording foley on-site in our purpose-built studio, our foley editors fine-tune the artists’ performances, each movement nudged delicately into place. If a sound doesn’t quite match the emotional requirements of the scene, we will make subtle changes using a variety of editing tools. For more complex on-screen actions, our editors will bring multiple layers of sound together to create a naturalistic or heightened result, ready for the final mix.
